Adesegun Fatusi is a Nigerian Professor of Community Medicine and Public Health. He was the former Provost of the College of Health Sciences Obafemi Awolowo University and the current Vice-chancellor of University of Medical Sciences, Ondo. With over 130 research & technical publications, including articles in Lancet and Social Science & Medicine. Lead consultant for Nigeria's 1st United Nations’ Common Country Assessment (2000); leadership of several national studies including National Study on Essential Obstetric Care Facilities; Performance Factor in Family Planning/Reproductive Health; HIV knowledge and Practices and School Health; Baseline Study on Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health and Gender. He has served as Member, Ministerial Committee on Health Sector Reform; Member, Technical Working Group on Revised National Health Policy; Chair, National Technical Working Group on Adolescent Health & Development
